The Ronin system was created with a focus on events. As a promoter, you can see all activity in one place. Every vendor is broken out and categorized for revenue-centric grouping and management.

Each vendor has access to their individual reporting. Vendors can see and track activity at one or multiple onsite locations and will only have access to their own information.

Our team will coordinate with vendors to build menu screens, and can directly assist with settlements as needed.

Our RFID cashless approach is unique and straightforward. It's easier than ever to add this payment type to your event.

We offer the ability for the patron to "link a credit card" to their wristband, and/or simultaneously "load cash" onto their wristband.

You can choose an option to have our knowledgeable team on-site to help set up equipment, train staff, remain on-site for the duration of your event, and pack it all up at the end. We will coordinate with your site team to have our gear arrive when you need it and shipped out in an efficient and timely manner.

While our digital “back office” is built to offer self-sufficiency to build your own users, menus, and locations, we will do all of that for FREE so you can focus on more important things.

Although Ronin specializes in temporary use situations, we also offer a robust point-of-sale for stationary venues. Ronin is ideally suited for outdoor and indoor music venues, food trucks, quick service models, satellite bars, pop-up locations, VIP areas, etc. We can be your total solution for everyday use, or add us when you need to flex into a larger operation temporarily.
